Get some good security systems for the casino to protect what you are building. You will need to buy equipment as well. The things you will need are games, supplies, and workers. For each of these get a good supplier. You should go through the same supplier every time for cards, chips, etc, because you want to establish a good relationship with one provider.
Make sure you hire excellent casino managers. You will do background checks and drug screens to weed out the unqualified and untrustworthy candidates.
Now advertise you casino to the public. Have a huge opening offering all kinds of deals. Make sure that you have taken all the steps to pass health codes and gaming commission standards. Make a great impression first thing at the grand opening. You will be watched so keep it clean and keep your operations smooth.
